We guarantee our rates to be the most competitive for “legal” operating professional black car services in the area. We will price match all competitors as long as they are operating legally with RI Public Plates.

Island Transportation Car Service is a local company (founded in 2019) located in Newport Rhode Island, with all Chauffeurs based in the area, and a proud member of the Rhode Island Better Business Bureau with an A+ accreditation and Newport & Jamestown Chamber of Commerce.

All Chauffeurs are Department of Public Utilities certified with full yearly background checks through the state of Rhode Island and the regulated process set forth.

All Chauffeurs are fully insured with commercial insurance and the State’s highest liability requirements. Vehicles are all 5 years or newer and are inspected by the State on a yearly basis.
